RPA Automation Journey
RPA is a journey by itself and is made up of different phases as shown below.
We provide an end to end automation solution at any stage of your RPA journey with options to decide what works for you and when. We start off by a Pilot where we take one business process and automate it using a technology of your choice preferably UiPath. The pilot takes about a month to implement and at the end of it, the results and the bot is demo’d to the executive team for a go/no go decision to proceed to the next stage. The main objective of pilot is to understand the technology and how it will fit within the organization. Once a decision is made about the technology the next stage of Extended Pilot is to really look at a business case for automation comprising of up to 5 business processes. The objective here is to prepare the organization to support and adopt the technology into a production environment and to understand what is involved in terms of preparation, planning, infrastructure, Licensing, methodology and execution. At the end of Extended Pilot the organization has two choices to make either go for a third party outsourced SaaS model or to build RPA capabilities in-house. If you prefer the in-house model then we guide you in setting up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) and a Robotic Operations Centre (ROC).
